Property Location:

The properties are situated in or adjacent to Mitchelstown, Co. Cork.

Property Description:

The properties consists of 4 no. blocks of surplus land remaining following the construction of the Mitchelstown Relief Road. Plots 1, 2 & 3 are surplus acquired farmland. Plot No. 4 is part of the former N8. Areas are marked on the attached maps.

Description of Services Required:

The Council wishes to dispose of the properties on the open market and wishes to appoint an agent to handle the disposal.

Applicants are invited to include details as to proposed sales approach (private treaty, auction etc), marketing strategy etc.

The proposal submitted shall contain the following:

  1. Fee proposal.
  2. Methodology.

Applicants are reminded that any conflicts of interest must be fully disclosed to the Contracting Authority, Cork County Council.

Award Criteria:

Proposals shall be evaluated on the following basis and weightings:

  1. Fee proposal and cost of services – 80%
  2. Methodology – 20%
